HI,
I've been having an issue since installing Mint 7 with music tracks jumping and skipping like they were scratched physical media. It doesn't matter what program I use to play music, or whether or not I've got music output set to Pulse Audio or ALSA. I've tried a lot of different settings, and even reconfigured Pulse Audio. Nothing works. It seems I am not alone with this issue, as I found a lot of other people in the same boat using Ubuntu Jaunty. I hate to say it, but I'm considering going back to Mint 6. Is anyone else here having this issue?
Any help will be apprecited.
